| Abstract

| [Objection] To investigate the mechanism Rubbing abdomen on treating Iirritable Bowel Syndrome in point of view braingut petide.[Methods] The New Zealand male albino rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Rubbing abdomen group. The rabbits were lavaged with 0～2 ℃ icy water in model group and Rubbing abdomen group for 21 days, Then they were applied to Rubbing abdomen in the third group for 10 days. The above each group were analyzed semiquantitatively on SP、VIP、CCK of colon tissue with the immunohistochemistry method.However, VIP were increased(P<0.05).[Results] The immunoreactive area and Opacity density of SP in colon tissue were obviously impairment.After the treatment of Rubbing abdomen,the express of SP was elevated, VIP depressd.[Conclusion] The abnormal express of SP and CCK were probable one of etiological factor of IBS.The manipulation of Rubbing abdomen may be regulate the function of SP and CCK in colon tissue of IBS. |
