Abstract
    [Objection] To establish a determining method by HPLC for the main components of fruit of Changium smyrnioides.[Methods] The content was determined using Lichrospher5-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm)column with methanol-water (70:30) as mobile phaseh the column temperature was 30℃h the wave length of detection was 312 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.[Results] The liner range of furocoumarine was 0.16~2.56 μg, r=0.999 9. The recovery rate was 99.265 7% and RSD 1.719 9%.[Conclusions] The method is easy and credible with a good linear range. It can be used to determine the content of furocoumarine from the fruit of Changium smyrnioides.
