Abstract
[Objection] To investigate the effect of different factor on the forming of micro-emulsion.[Methods] Tween 80, Cremopher RH40, Cremopher EL35 and Labrasol were selected as the emulsifier, 1,2-propanediol,Transcutol as the assistant emulsifier, Benne oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, isopropyl myristate as the oil-phase. Changingthe mass ratio(Km)ofthe emulsifier and assistant emulsifier to prepare the micro-emulsion and the formed area of the micro-emulsion was determined through plottingthe pseudo-ternaryphase diagrams. The area of O/W micro-emulsion as the function was studied.[Results] The capability of different oil in forming micro-emulsion was: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride >isopropyl myristate>Benne oil (when taking CremopherRH40 as emulsifier, Transcutol as assistand emulsifier, Km=3:1). Meanwhile, it was: CremopherRH40>Cremopher EL35> Tween 80>Labrasol(when Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride as oil, Transcutol as emulsifier, Km=3:1) and it was: 1,2-propanediol>Transcutol (when taking Caprylic/CapricTriglyceride as oil, CremopherRH40 as emulsifier).[Conclusions] All the molecular size and the content of oil phase and the kind and content of the emulsifier have effect on the forming of micro-emulsion.
