| Abstract

| [Objection] To optimize the extracting technique of rhubarb and rumex madaio in the Coating Material of Yinxieling(treating psoriasis effectively).[Methods] Using the design of orthogonal test and taking the content of emodin as the parameter the effect of the multiple of added water, time length of extraction and the times of extracting on the extracting result was observed.[Results] The best extraction technique was adding 10-fold water, extracting for 3 times and for 2 hours.[Conclusions] The screened technique can extract the emodin completely with stable and replicable results and can be used for the production and preparation of this Coating Material of Yinxieling. |
