Abstract
|
[Objective] To compare the content of active component of different extracts from Kanggan (anti-common cold) Compound and their anti-pyretic effect and anti-inflam matory effect.[Methods] Taking aspirin or dexam ethasone as the positive control medicine and reproducing experimental fever in rats with yeast, edema of paw metatarsus with carrageeninin in rats and cotton-ball granuloma in rats to investigate the anti-pyretic and anti-inflam matory effect of the different extracts.[Results] The water extracts showed a significant anti-pyretic and anti-inflam matory effect, and the water extract dealt with ZTC 1+1,a floccule coagulating preparation, showed a more marked anti-pyretic effect.[Conclusions] The evaluation of the extract method from the content of the active component only is not a completed. |
