| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe curative effect of TCM Shanwei first formula on regualting PCNA expression of blood stagnation and pyretic toxicity syndrome of stomach precancerosis patients.[Methods] The selected eighty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were adminstrated Shanwei first formula and that of treatment group were adminstrated heriacium tablet.The course of treatment was six months.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.29%and that of control group was 29.17% (P<0.01).The improvement extent of atrophia,Intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.01). The lower PCNA expression of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05).[Conclusions] Shanwei first formula may have a better curative and preventive effect of blood stagnation and pyretic toxicity syndrome of stomach precancerosis patients and may deteriorate atypical hyperplasia and decrease PCNA expression. |
