Abstract
[Objective] To set up a method for HPLC-fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis in Shanxi. The conclusion makes reference to standard of quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis.[Methods] The methods were performed by RP-HPLC.Kromasil ODS-C18 Column was used at 30℃,acetonitrile-acetate buffer solution (pH 6.0) as mobile phase, gradient eluting, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and eluting period were 75 min.[Results] HPLC-fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis was established, which contained 17 common peaks.[Conclusions] The established fingerprint can be used for the quality control and species identifying of Rhizoma Corydalis.
