Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Jiashen prescription on the expression of AQP mRNA of CHF rats and explore the effect mechanism to improve water-sodium retention. [Methods] CHF(congestive heart failure) after myocardial infarction induced by ligation of an-terior descending coronary method in rats was established. They were randomly divided into three groups: Jiashen prescription group, model group and sham operated group. [Results] Jiashen prescription may decrease unusual increasing level of AVP and AQP-2mRNA expression of CHF rats and inhibit AVP-2R activation. [Conclusion] Jiashen prescription may regulate AQP-2mRNA expression of CHF rats, decrease water permeability of luminal liquid and water-sodium retention, promote evacuation of urine and cut down the volume load of heart. The effect mechanism of Jiashen prescription is probably related to strengthening heart function. |
