| [Objective] To establish the determination method for the content of baicalin as quality control index of Shuanghuanglian Dripping Pills. [Methods] Antiphase pressurized liquor chromatog-raphy method was used and the investigation of methodology was also carried out. [Results] This assay was performed without interference and the baicalin content of Shuanghuanglian Dripping Pills was 14.12%. [Conclusions] The method for content determination of the effective component was feasible. |
