| Close attention was paid to the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Song dynasty.Many scholars began to study medicine and produced many superior talents having extent knowledge.They provided a rich material foundation for the development of production power and the advance of medicine.The above factors promoted the prosperity of the prescription book of government in Song dynasty.The characteristic of it was voluminous and abundant content.It had a determinate academic level and authority.The selected prescription was abundant,and had a lot of patent medicine and powder-decocting.They were widely used in food-treatment. |
