Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the safety and efficacy of astragali glycoside sodium chloride injection on treatingheartstroke ofcoronaryheart disease.[Methods] The patients oftreatment group was administrated to astragali glycoside sodium chloride injection and that of control group was administrated to Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The course of treatment was fourteen days.To observe the electrocardiogram effect, nitroglycerol stopping and decreasing rate, curative effect of TCM syndrome.[Results] The astragali glycoside sodium chloride injection may improve the electrocardiogram and curative effect of TCMsyndrome. The patients of treatment group had obviously an advantage than that of control group on the improvement of electrocardiogram (P<0.05).The patients of treatment group had obviously an advantage than that of control group on the improvement of TCMsyndrome (P<0.05).The patients of treatment group hadn't obviously an advantage than that of control group on the improvement of nitroglycerol stopping and decreasing rate (P>0.05).The patients of treatment group hadn't badness incident and adverse effect.[Conclusion] The astragali glycoside sodium chloride injection was safe and effective to treating heartstroke of coronary heart disease. |
