| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish the quality standard of Huoluo Zhentong tablets which was composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviae etc.[Methods] Using TLC to identify Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviaed Using HPLC to quantitate the imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.[Result] Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviae could be easily examined by TLC.Imperatorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.224～5.6μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 100.7%.[Conclusion] The method is accurate and specific.It can be used for qualitative of Huoluo Zhentong tablets. |
