Abstract
|
[Objection] Using TN2 detector for maneuver of massage therapy in TCMand taking the maneuver graph as the parameter to carry out a realtime monitoring on rolling manipulation between specialist group, common clinician group and student group in order to provide a standard and quantitative basis for this therapeutic method. [Methods] After resting for 5 min without any mental stimulation the graph of rolling manipulation was obtained in the testing persons of three groups with TN2 detector according to the traditional instruction of the instrument. Two manipulations, lasting for 5 min in each test, were performed in each volunteer. [Results] The value of peak amplitude power and the value of waveformrelative impulse of TN2 test were the keyfactor in rollingmanipulation. [Conclusion] The peak value, valley value, the value of impulse and the doseeffect relationship of TN2 detector for massage therapyin TCM are the keyfactor describingthe character of the maneuver of rollingmanipulation. |
