Abstract
[Objection] To observe the hypersensitivity, stimulation on blood vessel, and hemol-ysis of Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection. [Methods] The hypersensitive reaction on guinea-pig, the stimulation reaction on blood vessel of rabbit, and the hemolysis and agglomeration reaction on vitro-body red cell of rabbits of Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection were studied. [Results] Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection, 10 mL/kg, iv, once a day for seven days, showed no hypersensitive action on guinea-pig, no stimulation on blood vessel of rabbits, no hemolysis and agglomeration on vitro-body red cells of rabbits. [Conclusion] Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection has no hypersensitivity, stimulation on blood vessel and hemolysis.
