Abstract
[Objective] To invistigate the effects of Salvianolic acid B on conglutination, migration and proliferation of Endothelial.Progenitor Cells (EPCs) In Vitro.[Methods] Cultivation and purification of EPCs in vitro was by density-gradient centrifugation and plastic adherence method, and identified by immunofluorescence and immunocytochemistry (CD34/CD,133).The conglutination, migration and proliferation of EPCs were examined by DiI stain,Transewell and DAPI stain and Brdu immunofluorescence and immunocytochemistry method respectively.[Results] The Cell count of conglutination was (37.00±3.27),those of migration at 24 horus and 48 hours were (26.32±2.66) and (53.41±3.85) respectively and that of proliferation was (41.17±3.43),which increased remarkably comparing with the control group.[Conclusion] Salvianolic acid B could improve markedly the conglutination, migration and proliferation ability of Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) In Vitro.
