| [Objective] To ensure the optimal inclusion technology for volatile oil of Biyuanshu granule.[Methods] With the evaluation index of the inclusion complex yield rate,the inclusion rate and the volatile oil rate in inclusion complex,the orthogonal test was employed to optimize the best inclusion technology.[Results] The optimal volatile oil inclusion technology was that the volatile oil was dropped in the mixture (the ratio of volatile oil to (3-cycle-dextrin was one to three),churning round by magnetic beater for 2.5 hours at 40℃.[Conclusion] This optimal inclusion technology is reasonable. |
