| Abstract
|
| [Objection] To observe clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combination on treating constipation with phlegm pyretic and FU-Organ sthenia syndrome of acute stage cerebral infarction. [Methods] The thirty-two patients of treatment group were treated by acupuncture and medicine combination and that of control group were treated by Kaisailu.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9% that included to clinical well-healed (17 cases),excellence (11 cases),effective (3 cases) and ineffective (1 case).The total effective rate of control group was 79.4% that included to clinical well-healed (9 cases),excellence (10 cases),effective (8 cases) and ineffective (7 case).The improvement rate of cardinal symptom of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control which included to defaecation interval time,defaecation exertion condition,etc (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The acupuncture and medicine combination had an obviously curative effect on treating constipation with phlegm pyretic and FU-Organ sthenia syndrome of acute stage cerebral infarction.The acupuncture and medicine combination method was worth to be generalizing and applicating in clinic. |
