| [Objective] To discuss the effect of XinFuKang (XFK) combining with Bone Mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation in treating acute myocardial infarction.[Methods] BMSCs were cultured and purified by gradient centrifugation-adhesive method.The acute myocardial infarction in rats was established by coronary artery ligation.The therapy method of XFK combined with BMSCs transplantation was implemented 15 minutes after the operation.Then the activity of serum SOD and MDA was examined in 24 hours.The examination of FE,FS,FO and N-BT was carried out two weeks after the operation.[Results] XFK combining with BMSCs transplantation therapy could reduce the infarct area,decrease serum MDA,enhance serum SOD,ameliorate EF,FS and CO.[Conclusion] Compared with BMSCs transplantation only,XFK combining with B-MSCs transplantation has a better protective effect against acute myocardial infarction. |
