| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the change of blood and urine β2-microglobulin in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.[Methods] The model of lung-Qi deficiency was established by using hypatmism and dropwising lipopolysaccharide (LPS) into windpipe and the blood and urine β2-microglobulin was determined by using radio-immunity method.[Results] There was obvious change in blood and urine β2-microglobulin after the hypatmism in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.[Conclusion] There is a certain kidney injury in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.This study may prove the TCM theory of that the lung diseases may affect the kidney. |
