| [Objective] To establish HPLC method for determination of chrysophanol in pedo-digestion &fever-bringing-down syrup.[Method] The determination was performed on C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid-sodimn pentanesulfonic acid (80:20:0.1:0.1 g) with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 254 nm under room tempterature.[Results] Chrysophanol had good linear relation in the range of 5～25 mg/L (r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 100.13% (RSD=1.1%).[Conclusion] The method can be used to control the quality of digestion& bringing down a fever syrup. |
