| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect in treating salpingitis sterility with laparoscopic operation combined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation.[Methods] Ninety patients with salpingitis sterility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by laparoscopic lysis of oviducal adhesion combined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation. The patients of control group were treated by Clindamycin injection and fallopian tube treatment.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.89% and that of control group 64.44%.There was obvious difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The laparoscopic Lysis of adhesions of oviduct combined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation has a obvious clinical effect in treating salpingitis sterility. |
