| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effects of Shuogandaozhuo prescription on the expression of PPARα,HL and apolipoprotein B100,ApoAⅡ,ApoCⅡmRNA in HepG2 in vitro and explore the mechanism for treating fatty liver.[Methods] HepG2 Cells in vitro were chosen as the study object and the experiments were divided into six groups:the shugandaozhuo-containing serum groups high dose 16 g/(kg·d),middle dose 8 g/(kg·d),low dose 4 g/(kg·d),the Dongbaogantai group,the model group and the normal group.The experimental method was using the serology pharmacology.[Results] The shugandaozhjuo-containing serum could increase the expression of PPARα,HL and apolipoprotein B100, APOAII,ApoCⅡmRNA of hepatic cell line of HepG2.[Conclusion] It may be one of the mechanism for treating hyperlipemia syndrome and coronary heart disease. |
