| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To establish a method for Determining the total Saponins in anti-inflammatory and antasthmatic extractum.[Methods] Total saponins were extracted with ultrasonic extraction technique in methanol and purified by normal butanol extracting. The method of Vanillin-Sulfuric acid spectrophotometry was used to determine total saponins taken ginsenoside Rb1 as the standard sample. [Results] The detection wavelength was 552nm and the standard curve (C=168.3A+2.846) was linear in the range of 10-160μL r=0.999 4).The average recovery rate was 99.9 1%and RSD was 0.60%. [Conclusion] The method was feasible and accurate for the quality control of the extractum. |
