| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Puerarin injection in rabbits. [Methods] After giving of injection of Puerarin i.v.into rabbits,HPLC was used to determine the puerarin levels in the biological samples.[Results] The plasma concentration-time course of puerarin fitted well to one-compartment model and with the following pharmacokinetic parameters:Ke=0.02min-1,t1/2ke=35.66min,AUC=495.27 (mg/kg) omin.[Conclusion] The pharmacokinetic characteristics of puerarin in rabbits was understood. |
