Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Kudiezi injection on cerebral infarction with syndrome of Phlegm-heat and Bowel-repletion.[Methods] Eighty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with Western medicine and the treatment group with Kudiezi injection and Western medicine together. The function of neural system and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were evaluated respectively in two groups and gave scores.[Results] The effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 52.5% in the control group. There was very significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), and the score of the National Institute of Health's Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and the evaluation of TCM symptom in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Kudiezi injection has a definite therapeutic effect in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction in Phlegm-heat and Bowel-repletion. Compared with the control group, the treatment group shows obvious improvement on the evaluative scores of TCM symptoms. |
