| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xiaoke tongluo pills in treating peripheral angiopathy in patients with Type 2 diabetes.[Methods] Forty patients with Type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Twenty-two patients in treatment group were treated with Xiaoke Tongluo pills and those in control group with Pletaal alone.[Results] The total effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. Compared to control group, the effect of treatment group had obviously difference(P<0.05). Compared to control group, there was a significant difference in the score of clinical symptom and the evaluation of TCM symptom before and after treatment.[Conclusion] Xiaoke tongluo pills had more obvious curative effect than Pletaal alone in treating peripheral angiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and deserved for clinical extension. |
