| [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of jasminoidin in ZhiHuang Eye Drops.[Methods] The chromatographic column was Inertex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (13:87).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 238 nm.[Results] Linearity range of jasminoidin was 0.688-3.44μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.1%,RSD was 1.1% (n=6).[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for assaying jasminoidin in ZhiHuang Eye Drops. |
