Abstract
|
[Objection] To study the chemical constituents in Dipsacus asperoides.[Methods] The compounds were separated and purified by solvent extraction,recrystallization and chromatography on silica gel and polyamide column.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,and co-TLC with authentic samples.[Results] Ten compounds were identified:β-sitosterol (1) ,Sucrose (2) ,Daucosterol (3) ,Ethylene glycol (4) ,Cauloside A (5) ,3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-Oleanolicacid-28β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (6) ,Akebiasaponin D (7) ,HN saponin F (8) ,Loganin (9) ,Triplostoside A (10).[Conclusion] Compound 4 was obtained from the title plant for the first time. |
