Abstract
    The patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) had internal injury,including trauma,deficiency of both vital energy and yin,affection of exogenous cold and damp,external injury,including pathogenic wind attacking the middle-Jiao,eliological factors being neither endogenous nor exogenous,including stagnated blood,foreign body,trauma,etc.Mow we could discuss the special etiology and pathogenesis from the theory of three categories of the etiologic factors in TCM and explore that in patients with CHD after percutaneous coronary intervention.
