| [Objective] To explore the effect mechanism of Fuzheng Gushen Quxie (strengthening the body resistance,reinforcing the kidney and dispelling the pathogenic factors) mistura (FZGSQX) on kidney deficiency in mice with repeated respiratory infection by observing the change of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+.[Methods] The model of mice with low immune function was reproduced by injecting hydrocortisone into abdominal cavities of healthy ICR mice.The mice were divided into six groups:the normal saline group,the FZGSQX group (high-dosage group,middle dose group,low dose group),the Yupingfeng San group.The CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and cortisone were measured.[Results] Compared with normal group,the level of CD4+ between the treatment group and the control group were significant different (P<0.05);Compared with normal group,the level of CD8+between the treatment group and the control group was significant different (P<0.01).Compared with the normal group,the level of CD4+/CD8+ between the treatment group and the control group were significant different (P<0.05); No difference was found between three different dose group (P>0.05).[Conclusion] FZGSQX can adjust the function of immune system in mice with low immune function. |
