Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the impact of ginkgo biloba injection on the proliferation of in vitro-cultured microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) in human brain.[Methods] HBMEC was cultured in vitro.MTT assay was applied to detect the impacts of ginkgo biloba injection at different concentrations on HBMEC.[Results] When concentration of ginkgo biloba injection was 70mg/L it could not influence the proliferation;when was 140mg/L, 210mg/L,280mg/L and 350mg/L,all they could promote the proliferation of microvascular endothelial cells significantly, but there was no statistically difference between any two groups.[Conclusion] Ginkgo biloba injection can promote the proliferation of HBMEC. |
