Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shunaoxin capsules.[Method] A simple HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 was established.The determination was carried out taking column as the mobile phase of acetonirile-water (85:15) and detection wave-length was 203nm.[Result] The ginsenoside Rg1 input sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.5428~2.715μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The average recovery of the added sample was 97.24%.RSD was 1.43%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in jiangzhi capsules. |
