Abstract
|
[Objective] To optimize the chromatographic conditions for determining Chlorogenic Acid in Shurening (Summer Heat Ning) mixture.[Methods] Xterra188 Waters RP C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used;Detecter was waters2998;Work station:Waters Empower; The motile phase:acetonitrile-0.4% Phosphoric acid (10∶90), The flow rate was 1 mL.per min,and the detection wavelength was set at 327nm.[Results] This condition could have a good separation for Chlorogenic Acid.[Conclusion] It was a simple, accurate, fast and inexpensive analysis for the adenosine phosphates. |
