Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Labrasol on the corneal permeability for Breviscapinun and explore its use in ophthalamologic preparation.[Methods] The effects of Labrasol on the corneal permeability for breviscapinun were investigated in vitro, using isolated rabbit corneas.[Results] In the presence of Labrasol at a concentration between 0.5% and 5.0%,the maximum apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) was 2.41-,4.11-,4.18-, 4.14-,and it was 2.86-folds for breviscapinun, respectively, compared with contro (P<0.01),However,5.0% Labrasol could not improve the appeared permeability for breviscapinun (P>0.01).[Conclusion] labrasol at 0.5% ~2.0% has potential clinical benefits in improving the ocular drug delivery of breviscapinun and has not irritation to eye tissues. |
