Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the thermal stability of Osthole in extractive liquid of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix during concentration.[Methods] The extractive liquid of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix was concentrated for 8 h at 65℃and 70℃respectively.The content of Osthole was quantified by using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) at same time interval (1h).[Result] The contents of Osthole had barely decreased under both conditions.[Conclusion] The result indicated that Osthole remains stable in the process of extraction and concentration from Ange1icae Pubescentis Radix at 65℃and 70℃within 8 hours.
