Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. [Methods] One hundred patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups, each with 50 patients. The control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium alone;while the therapeutic group were given with Zhigan Xiao decoction on the basis of drugs used in the control group. In the end of treatment, the clinical effect and the changes of blood lipid were observed. [Results] The total effective rate for both groups was 94.0% and 84.0% respectively, and the effect of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were lower, but the level of HDL-C was higher after treatment (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Atorvastatin calcium combined with Zhigan Xiao decoction has reliable curative effect and a better clinical effect than using atorvastatin calcium tablet alone. |
