Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of the Zusanli,Qihai,Guanyuan electroacupuncture treatment to prevent hospital infection after acute stroke. And then explore the possible mechanism of it.[Methods] In this study, the patients were divided into electroacupuncture group and control group randomly. Both the conventional Western as well as traditional Chinese medicine treatment and "XNKQ" needling method were given to the patients of the control group.Besides this, the electroacupuncture group also received the Zusanli,Qihai,Guanyuan electroacupuncture treatment. Then we analyzed the effects of the two group's infection rate, the change of IgG in the serum and complement of C3.[Results] The infection rate of electroacupuncture group is significantly lower than the control group (0.87% vs 6.96%).After the treatment,IgG level in the serum of electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Zusanli,Qihai,Guanyuan electroacupuncture treatment to prevent hospital infection has good effect. The possible mechanism of the infection effect maybe that the treatment can improve immunity of those patients. |
