| [Objective] To study the best extraction process of Danhuang Xiaoyan ointment.[Methods] Using the orthogonal design with L9 (34) the best extraction technology was determined by the indexes of the rate of extraction of dry extract and content of chlorogenic acid of Danhuang Xiaoyan ointment.[Results] The optimum conditions for the extraction were:10 times of water volume was added.Extraction was 3 times and each time was 2 hours.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction process is stable ad feasible. |
