| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the growth conditions of Grifola frondosa on 9 different kinds of mother culture media and effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelium growth.[Methods] The same mycelia block was put into tubes and plates in each group to observe and record and shoot growth conditions of Grifola frondosa. [Results] In the formula B,namely,integrated PDA medium,had the shortest full pipe time (18d),the growth vigour (mycelium white,branch number,colony integrity,thick) was better than any others;fructose was the best carbon source in 5 tested carbon sources and beef extract was the best nitrogen source in 7 tested nitrogen sources.Organic nitrogen was more suitable growth of Grifola frondosa than inorganic nitrogen sources.[Conclusion] Integrated PDA medium is the best formula of mother culture medium for Grifola frondosa;fructose and beef extract are the best carbon and nitrogen sources. |
