| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the therapeutic effect of different extracts of three prescriptions for odynolysis before menstruation (JQF) in rats or mice with experimental dysmenorrhea and provide the basis for its mechanism study.[Methods] The active ingredients of JQF were screened with auricula swelling experiment induced by xylene in mice,experiment of heat-induced pain in mice,body-distortion reaction in mice with dysmenorrhea and isolated uterus in rats.[Results] Ingredients of JQF-A-N-30,JQF-A-E from JQF possessed the similar anti-inflam-matory and analgesic effect with JQF.They could also inhibit the contraction of uterus smooth muscle.[Conclusion] JQF-A-N-30 and JQF-A-E are the active ingredients of JQF.It has obvious relief effect on the contraction of uterus.Simultaneously,it also has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and may be a new promising drug for treating dysmenorrhea. |
