Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the compatibility of different processed products of fructus toosendan and corydalis yanhusuo in Jinlingzi powder (JLZS) in mouse.[Methods] The analgesic effect of different processed products'compatibility in JLZS was researched by twisting and hot plate methods;The pinna swelling was induced by dimethyl benzene to study the anti-inflammatory action of them in JLZS.[Results] All the compatibility of different processed products of szechwan chinaberry fruit and rhizoma possessed anti-inflammatory and analgesic action,among them the effect of the compatibility of rhizoma stir-baking with vinegar and ftied fuctus toosendan was predominant.[Conclusion] The synergistic effect is revealed between rhizoma and fuctus toosendan in JLZS,and the potency of processed products is of predominance. |
