| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection on shock.[Methods] Self-control method was used.Sixty-six patients with shock were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was given routine treatment combined with 100 mL intravenous Shenfu injection.[Results] Compared with the results before treatment,SBP,DBP,CO at each time point after treatment of two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),but HR was significantly decreased (P<0.05).More faster and obvious change was observed in the treatment group.The urine output of the patients in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the treatment group.At the same time,the volume of transfusion and the usage of dopamine was less than that in the treatment group with significant difference between these two groups.[Conclusion] Shenfu injection can restore the stability of hemodynamics quickly. |
