Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effective components of ginsenoside Rg1 on rat platelet aggregation and cAMP.[Method] Using turbidimetry in different concentration of Rg1 (0.5、1.5、2.5、3、4 mmol/L) of rats in vitro induced inhibition of platelet aggregation,to positive drug aspirin was used as control;to study the content of cAMP on rat platelet by Rg1.[Results] 0.5 mmol/L ginseng saponins group Rg1 on platelet aggregation effect;aspirin group and ginsenoside Rg1 (4、3、2.5、1.5 mmol/L) group maximal aggregation ratio were significantly smaller than the negative control group (P<0.01),the inhibition rates were 18.95%、59.04%、40.37%、29.77%、9.77%;Rg1 of different concentration groups on ADP after induction of platelet cAMP content and ADP group were not significant difference.[Conclusion] Rg1 can inhibit platelet activation, but not by elevating the content of rat platelet.
