| [Objective] To comparatively study the analgesic effects of Kadsura Root-bark,glaucousback threewingnut root-bark and Tripterygium hypoglancum for providing some scientific evidences to guide the rational use of drug clinically and develop new drugs.[Methods] Using body torsion method induced by acetic acid in mice, hot plate method,rats thermal radiation method the analgesic effect by external use of these three drugs were compared.[Results] Kadsura Root-bark,glaucousback threewingnut root-bark and Tripterygium hypoglancum could extend the time of licking foot of mice on hot plate;significantly reduced the number of body torsion caused by acetic acid.The analgesic rate was above 30%and the pain threshold value was improved in these rats.[Conclusion] Kadsura Root-bark,glaucousback threewingnut root-bark and Tripterygium hypoglancum have a obvious effect of analgesia,the effect of ripterygium hypoglancum is the best. |
