| [Objective] To investigate the need for medical graduate in the health services organization in Tianjin.[Methods] Questionnaire survey was performed in the health service organization of six regions in Tianjin by simple random sampling.[Results] 1)The investigation showed that the health services organization needed more medical graduates in clinical medicine,nursing and TCM in turn.2)As the condition of the graduate concerned three most necessaries were the practical ability,speciality studied and thought moral character.3)In the practical position,the most prominent troubles in turn were that the clinical application of knowledge was not solid,their comprehensive capacity was weak and their medical expertise could not be effectively used in the clinical work.4) The proportion of the health services organization appeared employing for the students graduated from university of TCM was about 40%.[Conclusion] The health service organization need more graduates majored in clinical medicine and they pay more attention to graduate' practical ability than other in choosing.In a word,what the health service organization really need are those graduates who have better clinical procedure skill and comprehensive quality. |
