| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Changge Yizhi capsule in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment in patients. [Methods] The 100 cases of patients with VCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group took the Changge Yizhi capsule, 4 particles once, 3 times a day and the control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba, 2 tablets once, 3 times a day. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. TCM Syndrome and integration, Blessed scores and MMSE scores were observed before and after the treatment. At the same time,monitored the safety indicators and adverse reactions. [Results] Compared with the control group, TCM Syndrome of treatment group improved, Blessed scores reduced and MMSE scores increased significantly, the differences between them were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison before and after treatment, the treatment group of TCM Syndrome improved, Blessed scores reduced obviously and the MMSE scores increased significantly, the differences between them were statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment, all the cases showed no abnormal laboratory parameters, or adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Changge Yizhi capsule shows good clinical efficacy in improving the TCM syndrome, behavior and cognitive skills in mild vascular cognitive impairment patients. |
