Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the related factors of primary dysmenorrhea of girl students in Hunan traditional Chinese Medicine College and provide the scientific basis for syndrome-differential treatment and developing of health protection in menstruation period. [Methods] By the way of questionnaire, random investigation was performed in 2 000 girl students in the school. [Results] 1 880 valid questionnaires were returned. Among them, 987 students have different degrees of dysmenorrhea (52%). After analyzing of related factors it was found that the most significant factors were not avoiding cold in menstruation period, irritability anxiety and fatigue. Meantime, sit up, irritability anxiety and fatigue had obvious significance, while sit up, diet, dietary bias, sedentary, mothers who had dysmenorrhoea history and menarche age had also some certain influence. [Conclusion] The correlated factors inducing dysmenorrhea of girl students are associated with society, physiology, psychology. The health protection of body and mind in menstruation has important significance in treating dysmenorrhea. |
