Effect of placing on home of BMSCs in myocardial remodeling after AMI and effect of activating blood circulation and removing stasis

Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the effective mechanism of activating blood circulation and removing stasis in myocardial remodeling after AMI through researching the effect of removing stasis and promoting tissue regeneration to placing on home of BMSCs. [Methods] The 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, myocardial infarction group, sham-operated group, Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group. There were 16 rats in each group. Medicine with effect of removing blood stasis and promoting regeneration was given to treatment group for 3 days before operation, once a day. The rats were sacrificed 7 days later. The peripheral blood BMSCs were detected, the myocardial collagen content of the non-infarction zone was analyzed and the N-BT staining results in colon and immunohistochemical staining myocardial c-kit cell number was observed. [Results] The number of myocardial c-kit cell was higher in model-group than sham group. Significant difference was not found between Western medicine and Chinese medicine group (P>0.05). The Chinese medicine could reduce pathological damage of myocardial tissue, decrease the content of myocardial collagen and infact size. [Conclusion] Removing blood stasis and promoting regeneration has remarkable inhibitory effect on myocardial remodeling after myocardial infarction and may be through the mobilization function on placing on home of BMSCs.
