| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the optimal extract process of New Shengmaisan tablet. [Methods] Taking the content of syringin and astragoloside Ⅳ as the index,the optimal extract process was studied by the orthogonal experiment. [Results] The optimal extract process was follows:10 times of water were added,then it was extracted for 3 times and each time for 1.5 h. [Conclusion] The optimal extract process is stable, practical and suitable for the extraction of New Shengmaisan tablet. |
