Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish the determination method of Mangiferin content in mango tree leaves for analyzing samples collected in different season. [Methods] HPLC method was performed on Cosmosil ODS column. Mobile phase: CH3CN-1% HAc (15:85), flow rate: 1 mL/min, column temperature: 25 ℃, detection wavelength: 254 nm. The samples of mango tree leaves were collected in different seasonin from Hainan province for determination of mangiferin. [Results] The method showed a linear relationship between peak area and injection amount at the range of 0.069 5~2.224 0 μg for mangiferin. The average recovery rate was 96.77%, RSD=1.19%. [Conclusion] This HPLC method for the content determination of mangiferin shows good sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability. |
